Cell Phones: Please be respectful of speakers and other attendees and silence your cell phones during conference events.

Weather: Boston is beautiful in May with the average daytime temperature in the 70's (F). The tulips and trees are in full bloom and a visit to the Public Gardens is a must! Like most Springs, however, it can be a little unpredictable. There can be rain, and the temperature can vary from cool evenings (40's - 50's (F)) to warmer days reaching into the 80's (F). We recommend you bring an umbrella, a light jacket, and maybe even some shorts if you plan to tour Boston during your free time.

Please visit the Weather Channel for 10 day forecasts.

Visiting Boston: There is much to do and see in one of America's oldest and most historical cities. Please visit the Greater Boston Convention and Visitor Bureau for information on tours, maps, tickets, and much more.

If you don't have time to take advantage of all that Boston has to offer, we recommend you stay a little closer to the conference site and visit the town of Cambridge, which also has much to offer. Please check out the City of Cambridge for things to do and see in Cambridge.

Boston's Logan International Airport is the closest airport to Cambridge. You may find transportation information (subway, buses, taxi, and shuttle) on their website, as well as other valuable information on getting to and around Boston.

We look forward to seeing you in Cambridge and hope you enjoy your time in the area!
