<description><![CDATA[This method is for crude protien analysis in various soy  isolate powders from 85 to 87 % using the Sprint Rapid Protein Analyzer.<br />This method uses the dilution feature on the Sprint. The sample is dissolved in 0.10 N NaOH prior to analysis. It is critical that all of the sample goes into solution.]]></description>
