MicroVap™ XpressVap™ Accessory Sets
Evaporation and concentration accessories are available for all MARS Systems. XpressVap works with the MARSXpress configuration. MicroVap works with all other MARS configurations. Minimize the risk of contamination during pre- and post-digestion steps by eliminating sample transfer! The sample stays in one container throughout the digestion/evaporation process.

Protein Hydrolysis Accessories
Microwave hydrolysis represents an accurate and convenient alternative to conventional hydrolysis techniques. Protein hydrolysates can be prepared in less time than a single chromatographic run, eliminating the rate-limiting step in amino acid analysis without compromising accuracy and precision.

Liquid Hydrolysis Set includes (1) turntable with collection vessel, (12) double ported, 120 mL Teflon PFA vessels, (1) valve panel, (1) plug ferrule nut, (1) adapter kit and Teflon PFA tubing - 8 ft. (2.4 m).

Vapor Phase Hydrolysis
Vapor phase microwave hydrolysis provides enhanced sensitivity and accuracy in amino acid analysis by eliminating direct contact of the samples with liquid acids and the need to transfer samples to HPLC autosampler vials following hydrolysis. Minute amounts (<50 picomoles) of synthetic peptides can be analyzed with accuracy and precision using this technique.
